History

Since its founding in 1999, the Bryan ISD Education Foundation has made a lasting impact on the Bryan community through transformative educational initiatives. The Foundation has awarded more than $3 million in total funding, including $1.6 million in scholarships to over 1,300 graduating seniors pursuing college, career, or military pathways. In addition, 605 innovative classroom grants—totaling more than $1.1 million—have enriched teaching and learning experiences across the district. The Foundation has also invested $250,000 in special initiatives, expanding its reach and deepening its commitment to excellence in education.

Thanks to the generous support of the annual Hometown Reunion fundraising event, the Foundation launched two impactful new programs in 2025: a Staff Scholarship Program and a Social and Emotional Wellness Initiative, further meeting the evolving needs of Bryan ISD students and staff.
